Job Summary
Imprint is a local pediatric and autism therapy clinic that offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 1.5 to 14 in downtown Columbus, Indiana. We are seeking Full Time ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Responsibilities and Duties

Provide one on one instruction and individualized therapy to our clients on the Autism Spectrum
Use principles of behaviorism to decrease problem behaviors and increase target behaviors to allow for the advancement of communication and basic living skills
Collect behavior data electronically and implement protocols designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Teach Daily Living Activates skills such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, and eating.
Provide incidental teaching of appropriate peer interaction
Keep detailed notation and communicate daily progress of the client to the BCBA and client caregiver
Generalize the skills of the client through local community outing
Develop professional skills by completing training sessions and attending group meetings
Complete other general office duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Skills

High School Education (Required)
Pass criminal background check and drug screenings (Required)
Energetic personality
Detailed note taking skills
Experience working with children (Recommended)
Experience working with individuals with disabilities (Recommended)
1-year ABA Therapy (Recommended)
Registered Behavior Technician Certification (Recommended)
CPR Certification (Recommended)

Physical Requirements

Ability to climb stairs multiple times during work day
Ability to carry up to 45 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods and engage in physical play with client

Imprint collaborates with local schools, speech pathologists, and occupational therapists to ensure a well-rounded approach is provided to every family.
About Imprint
Established in 2019, Imprint Pediatric Therapy has served the growing population of children ages 2-14 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Centrally located in modernist architectural downtown Columbus, Indiana, our local community offers opportunities to bring programming to life in an array of environments. Local public music, sensory, and cultural events provide a unique experience for our clients, allowing for advanced social programming. With the plan to extend our reach to serve a larger population, we are looking to expand our team!
Imprint BCBAs
As a BCBA at Imprint Pediatric Therapy, you will hold a caseload of 8 to 12 clients in a clinic setting. Collaboration is a key to professional growth; you will meet with the Program Director and fellow BCBAs on a weekly basis to discuss progress and caseload. Responsibilities and Duties

Be available full time on weekdays, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Hold a caseload of 8 – 12 clients
Complete 25 – 30 billable hours per week including but not limited to Program Management, ABA Therapy, Parent Training, and ABA Assessments
Create and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with the Program Director and fellow BCBAs on programming
Complete staff evaluations
Conduct new client intake
Review authorizations
Participate in clinical support with our partners
Supervise BCBA student programming
Participate in community outreach
Conduct RBT fidelity checks, training, and competency
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Skills

Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or currently enrolled in Master’s program (Required)
Current or upcoming BCBA certification (Required)
2+ years of experience in ABA Therapy (Recommended)
Pass criminal background check and drug screenings (Required)

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
 
 
Responsibilities and Duties

Provides speech therapy in accordance to clinic or school guidelines through evaluating and screening as well as creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on a variety of diagnoses and severity of needs.
Completes daily documentation that can include, but is not limited to, the following: daily notes, data tracking, progress reports, progress monitoring, evaluation reports, discharge summaries, and AAC evaluations.
Works with children that may demonstrate aggressive behavior.
Maintains a full understanding of safety protocols.
Relays information to parents/caregiver after each session and provides parent/caregiver with follow up activities at home to support progress in therapy.
Works and collaborates with other professionals to meet the client’s therapeutic needs.
Complete continuing education requirements for board and state.
Maintains accreditation.
Ensures that minor clients are safe and supervised at all times when under the clinician’s care.
Reports any suspicions of abuse/neglect to the owner immediately.
Other duties and responsibilities may be added or removed as needed
Supervision and guidance of high school, college, or graduate student shadows (as assigned).
Supervision and guidance of graduate student interns to provide learning and feedback for growth and development of treatment skills (as assigned).
Supervision is provided based on state and school requirements.
Supervision and guidance of clinical fellow therapists to provide direct and indirect supervision (as assigned).
Supervision is provided based on Imprint Pediatric Therapy procedure, while meeting state and national (ASHA) requirements.
Guidance of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) during collaborative sessions and group activities.

Qualifications and Skills

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required)
Active state and national speech therapy license (Required)
Experience working with children with special needs (Recommended)
An active CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP license in the state of Indiana and with ASHA (Required)
